We're a one-stop shop for all your dietary food and beverage needs! 55+ meal options are stocked and ready in our fridges to grab and go. Just walk in, pick your meals, and you're on your way.

You can browse in-store or order through our mobile app anytime during our operational hours. Our meals are already packed and ready to buy in our fridges. For curbside pickup, use the MyForkToFit app to order ahead.

Our meals are good for 4 days after they are prepared. We prepare meals every day and each meal has an expiration date on the side of the packaging. You may also freeze your meals to prolong the shelf-life!

Our kitchen staff restocks our fridges every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday to ensure you always have fresh options available.

Yes! You can order your meals ahead of time through our mobile app. We will set aside the meals you selected in our mobile order fridge. The maximum time you may order ahead is 24 hours.

We recommend heating in a microwave for 2 minutes on a high setting. Gently pop open the container's lid, leaving it lightly covering the container to prevent any spillage, and enjoy!

We don't offer any meal plans or package deals. All of our meals are sold individually. However, signing up with our rewards program will allow you to earn points for FREE items on purchases! To sign up, download our MyForkToFit app.

We have 10 open locations across the Rio Grande Valley in McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, and Weslaco. Upcoming locations include Culebra and Encino in San Antonio, Rio Grande City, Brownsville, Harlingen, Kyle, and Boerne. Rio Grande City, Brownsville, and Harlingen are targeting late 2026–January 2027; Kyle, Encino, and Boerne opening dates will be announced. Our Culebra location opens at the end of October 2026 at 7010 W Loop 1604 N, Suite 210, San Antonio, TX 78254. The exact opening day will be announced here. Online ordering is not available for this location yet. Check our Locations page for updates.
